Colors of Greenland

During the fishing trip, we came by the Island of Nipisat. Here the Dutch had a whaling station during around 1720. As you can see on the pictures there are still remains of the old settlements, including a slipway and the remains of some houses. Peter droppes me off here to have a walk around the place. Which was really nice.
Lots of things to see and beautiful colors all around.

Enjoy the pictures and also enjoy the colors of Greenland.

Spot the eagle, sorry but could not zoom in more.

Nipisat, with the remains of a slipway.

The high grass, points out that there has been a settlement here in earlier days.
